Impact of Early morning Reading on Student Retention Capacity

Research shows that students’ ability to retain information improves significantly when they read first thing in the morning. When kids read first thing in the morning, their minds are fresh and open, ready to take in new knowledge. In this paper, I’ll discuss how reading first thing in the morning might improve students’ memory and help them succeed in school.

Reading first thing in the morning has been shown to help with attention and focus. Morning is the best time for pupils to read since their thoughts are clear and they are less likely to be distracted. Students who are able to concentrate more effectively perform better in school because they remember and apply the material they have learned.

Reading first thing in the morning has been related to better long-term memory. Early in the day is when your brain is most likely to remember knowledge, according to studies. Students can take advantage of their brain’s peak performance by reading at this period to boost their memory and recall.

Reading in the morning before work is another way to boost your brainpower. Reading improves cognitive abilities including reasoning, analysis, and problem solving. Students who make reading in the morning a habit see improvements in their memory, focus, and comprehension, as well as in their grades.

Reading first thing in the morning has a positive effect on students’ ability to remember information, and not just in the classroom. Students who make it a routine to read first thing in the morning establish a foundational skill that will serve them well throughout their lives. This practice can help one achieve long-term academic and career success.
